Our vision of Best Care is to provide person-centred, co-ordinated, right and safe care for every patient, every time, everywhere. Delivering Best Care within the complexity of our health system is not always easy. We would like to recognise the provision of Best Care by the Melbourne Showgrounds Vaccination Hub, and we share the words of praise from Loraine about the care she received.
I just wanted to thank all of the staff at the Melbourne Showgrounds Vaccination Hub.
I had my second Pfizer shot yesterday. My appointment was at 12.15 and I eventually received my shot at 2.45. It was a long wait outside and a bit chilly, so my heart goes out to the security staff outside and to the medical personnel inside dealing with the huge crowds.
They do this all with a smile, a word of encouragement, infinite patience and grace.
Thank you to all of you for doing what you do. Thank you for the wonderful job you are doing to help keep us safe.
