Our vision of Best Care is to provide person-centred, co-ordinated, right and safe care for every patient, every time, everywhere. Delivering Best Care within the complexity of our health system is not always easy.
We would like to recognise the provision of Best Care by Ms Kelly Belnick, Speech Pathologist, and share the words of praise from Jeffrey.
Dear Sir,
I wanted to express my gratitude for the actions of Ms. Kelly Belnick, Senior speech pathologist, Footscray Hospital.
Ms. Belnick has taken me through a number of remedial activities to help me train my larynx. These actions were provided to me over the telephone and at all times, Ms. Belnick was courteous and extremely patient with me.
My life has been changed. I had no idea that this affliction could be treated and I now have a group of exercises that can, within minutes, mitigate an embarrassing condition.
