Here at Western Health we are a competitive bunch who like to do our best, which is why we like to inject a little bit of fun into the annual Victorian Public Sector Commission survey.

Each year the People Matter Survey gives staff the chance to share their thoughts and opinions anonymously on our workplace.

To reflect the size and broad range services and roles at Western Health, this year we created three competitions.

Divisions and directorates of similar sizes have been grouped together to ensure they are on an even playing field.

The divisions or directorate with the highest response rate in each competition wins a substantial cash prize to be used for a special staff meal. That’s not one, but three fantastic prizes up for grabs!
