Who is Anthony Hart?

A husband, father, friend, businessman and mind health advocate who is on a mission to change the conversation around mental health.
In 2003, Anthony on anti-depressants, sleep deprived and suffering depression, made a significant attempt on his life. Through a remarkable stroke of luck, he clung onto life and survived. Through his arduous recovery, Anthony uncovered four powerful yet simple steps to better mind health. In collaboration with South Australia Health and Medical Research Institute he turned these steps into a free app- Lifeback Tracker and is determined to share it with anyone who is ready to make a change to their mental health.
